Artysta – od 1984 roku zrealizował ponad 300 spektakli performances wystawionych w muzeach, centrach sztuki i galeriach w ponad 60 krajach na 5 kontynentach. Autor videofilmów „ My Japan”, „Zanikam poprzez swoje kopiowanie”, „ Moja odpowiedź na rzeczywistość wirtualną”, One-way life of Sayama”, „ Jak to na salonie ładnie, kiedy ułan z konia spadnie”.

Producent tv i realizator ok 100 teledysków oraz filmów dokumetalnych i reportaży.
Dawniej dziennikarz Działu Śledczego Gazety Wyborczej, felietonista miesięcznika „Dziecko”, „Cosmopolitan”, „SHE”, „CKM”, autor książki „Tańcząca z butami”
Pracował ze studentami uczelni artystycznych w Polsce, Islandii, Finlandii, Irlandii.

Od piętnastu lat handluje centymetrami kwadratowymi swojego ciała.

1982-1988 – M.A. study at the Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw/ Philosophy Faculty.

Since 1984 – progressive artist.
Up to now he has prepared more than 300 exhibitions, performances, experimental videos shown in galleries, modern art museums, contemporary art centers in over 60 countries arround Europe, Asia, America, Australia,South America.

Since 1988 – visiting professor to art academies in Poland, Finland, Iceland, Holland.

1993 - 1997 full-time journalist working for The Investigative Reporting Section of Gazeta Wyborcza, the most influential daily in Poland.

1995-1997 – the host of night-radio-program “Z ostatniej chwili” (Radio Dla Ciebie)
Also the columnist in such magazines as: Cosmopolitan, SHE, Dziecko, CKM

1997 - TOtamTO Art&Media, an independent tv and radio production company was established. TOtamTO is 100 % owned by Paweł Kwaśniewski.

TOtamTO produces tv and radio programms as well as documentary films for foreign TV companies ( USA, Israel).

Since 1999 – Paweł Kwaśniewski has been a columnist in The CKM monthly magazine,
Since 1999 – The Zone OF Silence – a small company was established for advising to big companies from The Warsaw Stock Exchange (mass media biz)
Since 2000 – he has been also the host of a night radio program in Polskie Radio III ( Trojka) 
Since 2001 – Co-laborating with Prokom Internet S.A and Net Technology S.A. ,TOtamTO Art&Media has been working on a project of MobileTV –a special mobile system of tv transmission via IP Protocol for WOT.( state owned local tv)
2002 – Farbiarnia TOtamTO Art Center is established in Bielsko Biala ( pub and art space)
2002 – became the president of Efarm.pl S.A. and the chairman of Supervisory Board in Media X Ltd.
2003 – Offmusic TOtamTO were established to publish independent and unique music.
2003 – TOtamTO Paper was established ( books and monthly magazine “Dwukropek”),
2004 – Media 3T Ltd – a PR company was established as a fusion of Efarm.pl and Media XLtd. Pawel Kwasniewski is the leading bonds-holder and the chairman of supervisory board  
2005 – The Cafe FUTRO was funded. A new pub and art space in Warsaw.

2005 – All the biz-activity is concentrated in a new company TOtamTO Media & TV. Kwasniewski is still the main share-holder and the chairman.

2006 – TOtamTO creates its new project – independent tv channel – TV Nieruchomosci ( TV Real Estate).

2007 – TOtamTO is one of the leading producers for Bielsat TV, the first independent tv for Bielarus. BTV is based in Warsaw, Poland.

2008 – Pawel Kwasniewski is back again the only owner of TOtamTO Media & TV Ltd. He also established a new company in film and TV biz.
